A cold day in hell

Bitterly cold, though, this morning. Minus 24 degrees Celsius with the windchill. I stopped a half block from my house and put on my balaclava under my helmet. I was still cold. And the wind was nasty, gusting to 60 KPH.
All riverwalks are now flooded and impassable. I took road routes to work and home. A 19 Km round trip. Really worked on the way home, into the teeth of the wind most of the way, it seemed to me.
But, perhaps I exaggerate. Again.
