1153 Km — Everything copacetic
by Steve ~ June 25th, 2007. Filed under: Maintenance & Repairs.An event free week for the SuperCycle SC1800 Bike of Doom. I didn’t even have to oil the thing. The brakes are a little loose (when I squeeze the brake the lever almost touches the handlbar); the drive-train could use a cleaning. The shifter for the front derailer is a little loose… there’s barely enough friction to keep it in the correct gear. Needs a little tightening. But I didn’t do any of it. Shows you where my head is at. As long as the thing keeps rolling, I seem to be happy enough. Perhaps next week.
